This is the fifth in a series of five Kula Partner Yoga Classes being held in Spring of 2008. For complete details about the Partner Yoga offering, go to the Partner Yoga page.

Class Description

Come together to spend a relaxed and fun evening with someone you like. (This does not have to be a spouse or 'significant other') Bring a person you want to get close to!

We'll enjoy an evening of yoga experience including:

  • setting intentions (Samkalpa)
  • partner postures
  • breath work
  • sharing dyads
  • restorative practice
  • meditation
  • stillness

Series Dates

You can participate in just one class or any part of the five classes of the series.

Class Times

This class is 2 hours long from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. The space will be available before class for individual, silent 'dropping in' time starting at 6:15 and afterwards until 9:00 for optional, casual connection time with others in the group.

Fees

If you are familiar with the Kula Sliding Scale Fee, feel free to use it for this class/series.

Otherwise, new students can use the fee of $35/class/couple or $150 paid up front for the entire 5 week series ($30/class/couple)

No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Use the sliding scale and/or

contact Katherine for more information.
