Join us for Saturday morning Yoga class to begin the day with practices to point you back into calm abiding Presence. This class is appropriate for anyone ready to call off the search for some state outside of oneself and experience one's completeness right now.
New students can join us at any time during the sessions!
Spring I and II sessions both run for 8 weeks starting the first week of March and running through June 27th. You can register and attend these classes using the Kula Registration Form. We do invite students to join the class after the start of the session.
Class this morning will support and enhance the Yoga Nidra practice that follows our time together at 10:15.
We will begin with Ramana's practice:
Be Still.......and know.........
We'll use this teaching as the underlying foundation from which one's self-inquiry in the unqualified nondual tradition will sprout from.
Abiding in stillness we will step into movement both from the physical body (opening and grounding) then into the more subtle realms with pranayama practice (experiencing one's radiance).
Somatic wise, we are playing with modulating the evolutionary fluid patterns that underlie and support the more outer focused spinal patterns.
On behalf of all the students and teachers of Kula Yoga, we'd love to invite you to join our circle in the spirit and practice of moving into stillness from which all sensation arises, unfolds and dissolves back into.
We are housed in The Beautiful Studio 2242 University Ave in the Midway area in St. Paul near Hwy 280
Entrance is on the side of the building on Hampden Ave.
If the outside door of the building is locked, please call Katherine's cell phone: 612-990-9642
