Yoga’s timeless message invites us to call off the search.......
We are invited to simply be, just as we are.........
When we orient and live from the left brain,
we are in a dualistic realm:
subject/object,
you/me,
time/space,
good/bad,
pain/pleasure
Now we are in a judging state.
Orienting from the realm of the body enlivens the senses, takes the ‘I’ out of the perception,
and puts the sensory back into awareness.........
thereby breaking up the localization:
"I am XYZ"
Living from the realm of the body offers an
interconnected experience with what is arising in you.
Now what is arising in you as awareness in Awareness is immanent.......
From the realm of the senses, we open into what is prior to ‘I AM’
In this dimension,
the rules of the material world fade away...............
We now consider giving up striving for curiosity (grounded in the world of transcendence where we move beyond the conditioning of the mind, pointing our attention back on itself, where we are aware of everything arising in us as Awareness): YS 1.12
Inquiry of the week:
“What is this tension that keeps the boundary of separation in place?”
