"What is this tension that keeps the boundary of separation in place?"
We will be referring back to Patanjali's beginning sutras and the Bhagavad Gita's wisdom teachings regarding the cycle of identification and what happens to the degree of suffering we experience when we replace striving with curiosity in any given process.
We'll begin with the practice of Stillness that underlies, supports, and informs all movement.
Then, as we engage in body-sensing and breath-sensing with awareness, freedom arises as we now understand that abhyasa (right practice) is not about transformation but simply about experiencing what's already there...........
All
the great teachings warn us that we can not tread this path alone and
expect to realize who we truly are. Despite how we've been socialized
into believing we are separate and can go it alone, the truth is we
need each other, we get to have each other, and we get to notice how we
are each other's greatest allies in life.
