* The wisdom teachings

* Krama Mudra Sensing Dyads - here's a chance to download the sequence of Yoga Nidra to use in your daily life

* Walking Meditation - we'll continue to build on this technique I learned in India - leaving conceptual mind behind and stepping into pure presence

* Traditional Yoga Nidra led practice

* Welcoming - Sharing - Appreciating The Three Treasures

Why practice Yoga Nidra?

  • Yoga Nidra is one of the most direct practices of Self-inquiry and is designed after Patanjali's Yoga Sutra.
  • It is a profoundly transformative practice that leads to lasting psychological change, as well as physical and emotional healing.
  • After a regular consistent practice of Yoga Nidra we begin to embody Kula's rendition of Patanjali's Platform for Free Living which dissolves one's identifications and attachments to body, thinking, feelings emotions, personality, and conditioning and reveals our inherent ground of health and wholeness.

The Yoga Nidra Practice

We will meet the third Saturday of the month from 10:15 am - 12:15 pm.  To find out more, please refer to the Yoga Nidra Practice pag, which includes all sessions dates and access to the Email List.   Yoga Nidra Practice
