We'll have the lodge to ourselves for the weekend for everything we need:
* To nurture undistracted self-inquiry we hold social silence during portions of the weekend.
** We pair off with a Yoga buddy from the group to plan and purchase ingredients for a meal you'll prepare for the group in the lodge's full stocked kitchen. We'll have a group of 12-16 to split up the 6-8 meals.
Fee is based on a sliding scale. There are 2 aspects to the fees for the retreat.
Policy - $100 Registration depost is due 2 months before the retreat. It is nonrefundable past this date.
Full payment of the retreat is due one month before retreat. No refunds after this date.
Full refund of the retreat fee minus $50 administrative fee before due date.
Please use the Kula Yoga Registration form for registering for the retreat. When filling out the form, enter the name as 'Kula Spring Retreat'. Instructions for sending in your retreat payment are included on the registration form.

There will be 2 organizers for the weekend - one in Grand Marais, one in Twin Cities.
They will be in contact with you about the retreat.
Our organizer will help hook you up with your Yoga buddy to prepare one of the meals, to organize the car pool and to rely on during the retreat as a support for your process.
Sleeping quarters are rustic, cozy and affordable.
Please call the organizer with any additional questions, concerns or ideas.
I delight in this opportunity to embrace this sacred time of retreat to partake of these wisdom teachings which point us to our natural Ease of Being during every moment of life.
Pointing in,
Katherine
