We have a very small class so we divided up the duties.

Carol is hosting.

Wilbur is assisting.

Gini is feeding.

We forgot about Mary Tellers, so she will just bring a dish to share and potluck in.

Hello Atha Sutra Group

I am looking forward to gathering with you at Carol's house this month with Wilbur assisting in my leadership.

Last month we accomplished the goal of unwrapping the first four sutras as a meal in itself that needed to be digested and understood together. I was pleased with our work.

This month I'd like to introduce a new meditation embedded within this first chunk of sutras. It will be useful for you in understanding this meditation if you can practice 'playing the scales' with the elements in your body and with external objects.

Fill out the Sutra 1.1 - 1.4 handout from April as we will go around the circle and read our interpretations.

As always, we'll begin our evening noticing our significance to one another as we share what's 'new and good' in our lives. After dinner, we'll do some variation of 'trading time' to pull our attention out and notice our connection to one another.... are we 'atha'?

I am looking forward to seeing you and sharing in this experience together.
