This will be our third class of the session. Katherine will be on her way to California for her 10 day silent meditation with her teacher Richard Miller and her sangha The Center for Timeless Being. 

Mary Tellers will be subbing the class for the Kula tonight.  She will have just returned from her training at Kripalu Yoga Center in Lenox, Mass. where Katherine lived in the early 90s.
