Itinerary for the Study Group:

  • 6:00 Arrive Early to 'Drop in' to our time together
  • 6:15 -6:30 Pot Luck, casual connection w/ each other
  • 6:45 Trade 5 minutes each in dyads to pull attention out
  • 7:00 - 9:00 KB leads Satsanga on Yoga Sutra of Patanjali specifically from a non dualistic interpretation and noting where the Sutras underlie, inform and support the practice of Yoga Nidra
  • 9:15 Closing/appreciations
