We'll have the lodge to ourselves for the weekend for everything we need:

  • Opening / Closing Circle
  • Social Silence*
  • Delicious vegetarian meals prepared by our group**
  • Early morning silent individual practice
  • Guided Body-Sensing (various forms of Hatha asana practice)
  • Breath-sensing (various forms of pranayama)
  • Yoga Nidra in traditional Savasana and in active dyads
  • Seated and Outside Walking Meditations
  • Outside Camp Fire / Inside Fire Place stories, sharings, poetry, live music
  • Lakeview
  • Swimming / Boating / Relaxing in Grindstone Lake
  • Farewell Hike in 530 acre wild life sanctuary

* To nurture undistracted self-inquiry we hold social silence during portions of the weekend.
** We pair off with a Yoga buddy from the group to plan and purchase ingredients for a meal you'll prepare for the group in the lodge's full stocked kitchen. We'll have a group of 8-10 to split up the 5-6 meals.
