This will be the last session before our Summer Hiatus. We will review Sutras 1.6 and 1.7, and move on to Sutra 1.8.
Itinerary for the Study Group:
6:15 - 6:45 Pot Luck, casual connection w/ each other
6:45 Trade 5 minutes each in dyads to pull attention out
7:00 - 9:00 KB leads Satsanga on Yoga Sutra of Patanjali specifically from a non dualistic interpretation and noting where the Sutras underlie, inform and support the practice of Yoga Nidra
9:00 - 9:15 Closing/appreciations
