We'll be staying in the historic Schwyzer Lodge, the original property on the 530 acre wildlife sanctuary overlooking Grindstone Lake.
We'll have the lodge to ourselves for the weekend for everything we need:
Opening / Closing Circle
Social Silence*
Delicious vegetarian meals prepared by our group**
Early morning silent individual practice
Guided Body-Sensing (various forms of Hatha asana practice)
Breath-sensing (various forms of pranayama)
Yoga Nidra in traditional Savasana and in active dyads
Seated and Outside Walking Meditations
Outside Camp Fire / Inside Fireside stories, sharings, poetry, live music
Lakeview
Farewell Hike in 530 acre wild life sanctuary
* To nurture undistracted self-inquiry we hold social silence during portions of the weekend.
** We pair off with a Yoga buddy from the group to plan and purchase ingredients for a meal you'll prepare for the group in the lodge's full stocked kitchen. We'll have a group of 8-10 to split up the 5-6 meals.
