Here at the Kula, we practice "radical yoga". The word radical is derived from the prefix 'rad' which means a return to the root. We teach from the shoulders of the ancients, following the eightfold path of classical yoga which includes gentle asana, basic pranayama (breath practice) deep listening exercises to support the main practice of yoga - meditation.
This class is appropriate for anyone, you do not need prior experience with yoga. Many classes begin with either a check in or a welcoming silent time to ground into the here and now.
